Notes From the Manager
It is not easy to write.
When you write, people will criticize you. They will scrutinize the way
you write. They will highlight your incorrect grammar. They will
comments on how you write and the style you are using. They will question your background. Even your political leanings will be dissected.
But what’s harder when writing is the reality that when you write
people will not only read what you write. They also read the writer.
They will know who you are. They will interpret based from the write ups
your personality. They will know what you are thinking. They will
judge you based on what you write.
Kaya nga kahit na one line
lang ang iyong isinulat sa facebook may mga magre-react: "anyareee" “may
pinagdadaanan ka?” “may problema ka?” “may pinaghuhugutan ka?”
“affected ka?” “in love ka?”
Your article is an extension of
you. Not only your personality but the whole of you. It is there that
your background is scrutinized. It is mirrored in your article your
biases. In your article readers will know and interpret what you are up
to.
They will know if you are a dreamer indulging in this out
of this world scenario. They will know if you are an idealist hoping for
your personal interpretation of life. They will know if you know what
you are talking about. And most of all they will know if you are writing
in order just to write.
That’s why it is not easy to write.
Anaknimaria is a facebook page wanting to reach out to as many people
possible. It is aimed to influence the readers through the power of
information and write-ups. It is also an avenue for other writers to
share their articles. Note that in the past posts there are posts not
related to the gospel. By these two purposes, Anaknimaria hopes that
writers can be part of the life of others though not known personally.
I hope that the readers will read the articles and not the writers…
Happy reading…
